The Minnesota State Fair is famous for “fried food on a stick”. In past years popular items have included deep fried pickels, deep fried snickers and this year’s favorite: Chocolate Covered Bacon. Thankfully, there were also some healthier options (Thanks, General Mills!) at the Little Hands Farm.
