How long have you been with BI?

Since 2002, when BI acquired my venture funded dot-bomb founded to automate the manual rebate fulfillment process.

We called it “Boomerang Marketing” because you threw reward codes on consumer packaged goods and they came back with purchase & profile information.

As a child, what did you want to “be when you grew up”?

I come from a long line of peddlers. My great grandfather was a Canadian fur trader, my grandfather was a shoe salesman, my father sold for 3M company. Selling is in the Beaudoin blood – so naturally, I wanted to be an attorney.

What’s your most guilty pleasure?

90 minutes of hot, sweaty Bikram Yoga.

What’s your most embarrassing moment at work?

Sending a prospect our Quality Service Pledge signed by all the employees – and discovering we’d spelled it Quaality.

What’s the best/worst thing about working on Foodservice Rewards?

Changing the industry. Everybody wants change, but nobody likes to change ;-)

What’s one thing about you that no one would ever guess?

How I got my name: I was born with my entire fist in my mouth. Doctor said “look, he’s as hungry as a Tiger.” Mum said “my little Tiger”. The name stuck.
